Support is given to enable development activity to match business improvements effort elsewhere in the organisation, using Value-Stream Mapping, and data-driven decision approaches. Support can also be given to corporate Business Improvement teams to build Lean Six Sigma programmes addressing the needs of Research and Development groups.
